Purpose and Objectives
The Clicks Retail Graduate Development Programme is a structured 12-month learning journey aimed at developing competencies for buying, supply chain, customer insights, space planning, advertising and marketing roles
During the programme graduates will be exposed to various learning opportunities across retail store operations, buying, supply chain, distribution centre and customer contact centre. Graduates will acquire business and retail knowledge, buying and planning competencies, management and leadership as well as personal mastery skills.

Requirements
To be considered for the programme, you need to:
•Have successfully completed a 3-year degree at a recognised South African university
•Be a South African citizen
•Be between 19 and 29 years old
•Have no more than two years' full time work experience since graduating
•Be prepared to work in any area of the business where your skills are needed.Be computer literate
