Duties

Outbound sales of life cover to new and existing clients

Identify client’s needs
Introduce and explain products to clients
Answer client questions

Process client applications

Conclude pre-agreements

Requirements
1 year Outbound Call Centre Experience
Matric
Clear credit and criminal records
Computer literacy

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. Candidates should be willing to work one late shift per week, 10am – 7pm, as well as one Saturday morning every second week.
