Job Description

Provide effective supervision of staff in respect of company policies, procedures and standards on customer service, sales, profit controls and relieve Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager when required to do so.


Requirements

Matric qualification
Post matric qualification prefered (Business, Hospitality, Retail Management etc)
Minimun 1 year restuarant experience in a shift leadership position
Ability to engage, lead and motivate employees to deliver on specified targets.
Individual must have flexibility to move between restaurants as per operational requirement.
