JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of these positions is to provide high level administrative support in respect of monitoring, evaluation and reporting of non-financial data of implemented programmes as well as the processing of funding payments for social services provider partnerships. These positions are stationed in Cape Town.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification with passed subjects in Mathematics and Accounting.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Updating of registers; Handling routine enquires; Make photocopies and receive or send e-mails/facsimiles; Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required; Keep and maintain filling system; Type letters and correspondence; Keep and maintain incoming and outgoing document register; Provide assistance with conducting of performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting; Provide high level administrative support; Provide assistance with horizontal and vertical alignment processes

COMPETENCIES

Good understanding of the following: Performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes as well as departmental operations; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Problem solving skills; Team-building and strong interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION - R 152 862 per annum (Salary level 5)
