Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification or Grade 12 plus 6 months to 2 years experience in the following competencies: Accounting and basic accounting System(BAS) Expenditure management, experience of SAP, PAAB and SRM. Knowledge of financial transcripts- Financial manuals, Treasury instruction and regulation, Public Finance Management Act, Preferential Procurement policy framework ACT, Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, Supply Chain management polies and standard charts of accounts allocations. Skill- Advance computer literacy (Ms Word/Excel/Email and internet, ability to use Excel and good communication at all levels Ability to work under pressure and deliver with tight deadlines.

Duties

The successful candidate will be expected to perform all office related tasks comprising of: Raising patient's invoices, be familiar with ICD 10 codes, follow up of outstanding debit, writing-offs of outstanding and untraceable debits. Payments, Reconciliation of accounts and raise journals on misallocation. Prepare all financial documentation and processing, liaise with end users and supplier, capture allocation/ items descriptions,(scoa) on system and record all transactions on the commitment register
