Bayport is looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and professional service experience
to customers that promotes the Bayport brand.

Job Duties
Administration,Client Services,Communications,Data Capturing,Sales

Specification

Welcome and greet walk-in customers when they arrive at the branch

Identify customer needs and provide excellent information of the Bayport product basket

Explain the relevant processes to the client and establish if they qualify to proceed with the

process at that point in time.

Management of client waiting area / queue management.

Record all mobile agent deals for processing

Provide excellent client service and build sustainable relationships that enhance the Bayport brand

Request required documents from clients and scan them for verification

Oversee and assist to ensure a neat and tidy branch environment

Assists to create and maintain a health and safety working environment for clients and

employees by ensuring that the branch is compliant with health and safety regulations and

company policies


Requirements

•Matric essential and/or equivalent qualification an  advantage
•1-2 years’ experience in customer facing environment •Direct marketing experience an advantage
•Computer literate
