Store Managers - The FIX

The store manager’s main duties include:

Growing the store’s turnover
Managing and developing people
Delivering a memorable, brand-right customer experience
Managing assets and expenses
Driving high operational standards
Managing the implementation of visual merchandising principles


To be considered for this role you would need:

A Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Retail management experience (essential)
Excellent communication skills
An ability to energetically drive sales
A customer-centric attitude and approach
Sound business acumen
Strong leadership skills
A passion to be a part of a leading fashion brand

Preference will be given, but not limited to designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
