Matric

Minimum one year relevant working experience in recruitment or job placement or marketing or public relations, or education and/or project management

Ability to plan ahead and take initiative

Ability to work as part of a team and to communicate on all levels

Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Negotiation skills and relationship building
Assessment of professional development of students in the workplace
Deadline driven
Computer literacy

A valid drivers license

Responsibilities

Introduction of Work Integrated Learning including presenting workshops

Administration
Recruitment and Selection
Placement of Students
Support applications for National N-Diploma
Risk Management

Recommendations


Minimum one year post matric qualification in Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Public Relations or Education
Knowledge of SETA’s and learnerships

NB: Permanent position subject to 12 months’ probation period
